Shmuel Peleg, Eitan Biran's grandfather, appealed the ruling of the Family Court, which ruled that Eitan would be returned to Italy.
Army Radio reports that Peleg claimed in the appeal through his lawyer: "The court chose not to address the exceptional circumstances before it, and ignored the unilateral actions of Eitan's aunt, who allegedly went behind the back of the Peleg family."
