Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman, Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked and Minister of Construction and Housing Zeev Elkin presented today the government housing plan for the years 2022-2025.

The program, which is supposed to combat rising housing prices, introduced a number of significant measures such as a ban on the use of residential apartments for Airbnb in major cities. In addition, the purchase tax on investors, which was reduced to 5% in the previous government, will rise back to 8%.
