The Central District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Kfar Saba Magistrate's Court against Wasam Bishara (31) of Tira, for a number of offenses of indecent assault on a minor while exploiting a relationship of dependency and authority.
According to the indictment, as part of his role as a middle school teacher he committed an indecent act, during the course of the lesson, on two of his minor students.
