A Palestinian suspect arrested by IDF soldiers during a riot in Hebron managed to escape with his hands handcuffed.
An IDF statement confirms that "A video shows two suspects who were detained by IDF forces in one of the riots when one of the suspects escaped. The incident will be investigated."
