Essex Police have evacuated Stansted Airport due to reports of a suspicious package in the security area, BBC reported.
According to police, the package will be assessed by military explosives experts.
Meanwhile, passengers have been evacuated from the area and "brought to a position of safety," the force said.
Stansted Airport has confirmed the incident, saying that police are managing the response, BBC added.
