Speaking at a press conference in Berlin, Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz referred to a recent government decision to approve over a thousand residential units in Judea and Samaria.
"I and my fellow party members were unhappy with this decision," Horowitz said, "and we asked the government not to do such a thing again."
