Bennett believes rotation won't happen

Channel 12 reports that Prime Minister Bennett said in a closed-door meeting that he does not believe that his rotation with Foreign Minister Yair Lapid will take place. A spokesperson for the Prime Minister insisted that Bennett would honor the rotation.
