The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office today filed an indictment in the city district court against Raami Razem (18), a resident of Jerusalem, for the riot incident about a week ago in the area of ​​the Flowers Gate.

According to the indictment, filed through Attorney Manel Abu Amer, about a week ago, a gathering of dozens of young people began in which the rioters threw an iron police checkpoint, stones and various objects at Egged buses traveling on the road in the area of ​​the Flowers Gate. The defendant threw a stone at one the buses and as a result of the actions and actions of the other rioters the bus was damaged, and one of the passengers and the bus driver injured and evacuated for medical treatment. Later, a police force tried to arrest the accused, who resisted arrest, rioted and bit the policeman's hand.

The indictment charged the defendant with committing offenses of rioting, throwing a stone at a vehicle in aggravated circumstances, aggravated injury, intentionally damaging a vehicle, interfering with a police officer while on duty, assaulting a police officer with aggravated circumstances and assault causing actual bodily harm.
