The management of the Jewish Agency has decided to extend the tenure of Yaakov Hagoel as the acting chairman of the agency until the election of a permanent chairman.
Hagoel also serves as chairman of the World Zionist Organization after being elected to this position about a year ago at the World Zionist Congress.
