UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Tor Wennesland condemned the building permits recently issued in Judea and Samaria by Minister Zeev Elkin.
"I am very concerned about the expansion of settlement in the occupied territories, including East Jerusalem. The illegal outposts are an obstacle to peace," Wennesland commented.
