Speaking on Galei Tzahal this morning, Dr. Asher Salmon, head of the department of international relations within the Health Ministry, discussed the government's new outline for the entrance of tourists into the country.
"After examining the situation both in Israel and around the world, I believe that the outline we have decided upon is a good compromise between flexibility and safety," he said.
"If the outline is implemented effectively, it will certainly be a secure solution."
