AG Avichai Mandelblit has addressed the proposed law to prevent an indicted individual from forming a government.
"The amendment is not personal but general and looks to the future, while imposing restrictions and control mechanisms. This amendment also relies on existing legislation as opposed to creating something entirely new.," Mandelblit said.
