Russian Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar conducted a Jewish wedding in the heart of Dubai's great desert, with 600 young Jews attending, who arrived for a special trip hosted by the Yachad organization, led by Chabad Lubavitch emissaries and Russian rabbis.
