The Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Akhbar newspaper reports that pro-Iranian forces have decided to increase their presence across Syria, after their numbers have dwindled in the past year.
According to the report, for the first time since 2018, pro-Iranian forces have been sent to escort the Syrian army openly.
