Bus company Egged has decided to change the route of the lines to the Western Wall (lines 1 and 3) - which pass through the Damascus Gate area to avoid stone throwers.
Yesterday, in a conversation with the company's call center, it was explained that "the line does not reach the Western Wall and passengers should disembark elsewhere anyway."
MK Orit Strook commented, "The Bennett-Lapid-Michaeli-Abbas government divides Jerusalem. When will anyone notice?"
