Prime Minister Naftali Bennett congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Israel and Russia.
"Over the years we have strengthened the historical connection between the countries, and built a close bilateral relationship, for the benefit of the two peoples, which helps promote security and stability in the region."
