Opposition leader Netanyahu will not attend a state ceremony tomorrow in memory of former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.
Netanyahu's office said: "The chairman of the opposition will speak tomorrow in the Knesset plenum at a meeting in memory of the late Rabin."
