The State Attorney's Office is expected to file an indictment soon against Brigadier General Gal Hirsch after the negotiations for a plea deal between the parties went sour.
Hirsch is suspected, along with others, of tax evasion in the millions of shekels between the years 2009-2007 as part of projects he dealt with in Georgia.
