The head of the Binyamin Regional Council commented on the Supreme Court ruling to postpone the destruction of vineyards in the Shilo area.
"I welcome this decision not to uproot the vineyards immediately, but it must be remembered that even under this plan there will be harm to the farmers while Arabs build as they please," he commented.
