The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment in the city district court against Yitzhak Benon, 32, a resident of Jerusalem, for committing offenses of rape, indecent acts and sodomy against a 12-year-old minor on several occasions over two years.
According to the indictment, filed through attorney Aviad Davik, in 2016 the defendant contacted the minor, on the basis of acquaintance with her family, and began commiting sexual offenses against her in multiple locations without her free consent.
The prosecution is asking the court to order the arrest of the defendant until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
