The Knesset plenum unanimously approved on first reading Justice Minister Gideon Sa'ar's bill to impose minimum sentences for arms traffickers.
Minister Saar commented "This is a new hope in the fight against crime in general and in the Arab sector in particular. I will continue to lead legislation to provide the necessary tools to law enforcement agencies to combat the rampant violence and crime."
