The Ministry of Aliyah and Integration and the Jewish Agency say that, amid the fourth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a 31% jump in the number of Olim to Israel.
Since the beginning of the year, about 20,360 Olim from around the world have made Aliyah, compared with 15,598 in the corresponding period last year, and the leading countries in the number of Olim this year are Russia, the United States, France, Ukraine and Ethiopia.
