Arab terrorist stabbed fellow Arab - believing him to be a Jew

A PA resident has been charged with attempting to murder a man he believed was Jewish - only to find out he was another Arab.

The incident, which took place in Jaffa, was intended to create an atmosphere of fear and animosity.
