Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said the government was taking steps towards putting an end to quarantine requirements for schoolchildren in "Green" cities with low COVID infection rates.
The moves is expected to come as early as next week.
"Teams from the Department of Education will conduct physical examinations, providing a solution for exempting students in "Green" cities from quarantine regulations," said Bennett.
