A third tanker carrying Iranian fuel for distribution in Lebanon has reached the Syrian port city of Baniyas, TankerTrackers.com reported on Tuesday night.
The fuel shipments have been arranged by the Hezbollah organization, which says the shipments should ease the ongoing fuel crisis in Lebanon.
