Egyptian media reported on Monday that President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi decided to impose a lockdown on most areas of the Sinai Peninsula for security reasons.
According to the reports, the lockdown will not be in effect in the southern part of the peninsula, where most vacationing Israelis stay.
