Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz commented on the murder of 17-year-old girl Yael Melnik in Kiryat Motzkin, tweeting "The shocking murder of little Yael Melnik must not go unnoticed. It is forbidden, simply forbidden, for such things to happen. The healthcare system must be a safe place for those at their most vulnerable. My condolences to the family."
