The Health Ministry plans to recommend to the government that Turkey, Bulgaria, and Brazil all be removed from the list of "red" countries, Kan News reports.
Currently, anyone traveling to these three countries (the only ones still on the "red" list) must obtain special authorization to do so, or face a fine of NIS 5000.
