Israeli police and the Shabak security service have identified a number of incidents in which two Arabs from the Arab-Israeli town of Umm al-Fahm participated in riots, throwing stones and launching fireworks at police.
The two are also said to have prevented medical treatment from being provided to a wounded policeman by blocking an ambulance called in to evacuate him, throwing stones at him, causing him extensive bodily damage and trying to injure the medical staff during Operation Guardians of the Wall in Gaza.
