21 children were brought to Hillel Yaffe Hospital during Yom Kippur for bicycle-related injuries. Most were treated and released to their homes, except for a 13-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl who remain hospitalized for further care and supervision.
7 boys and 6 girls were born at Hillel Yaffe Hospital during Yom Kippur, including one born during the Ne'ilah prayer, the last prayer of the day. 174 cases were admitted to the hospital's emergency room. The COVID-19 ward currently holds 50 patients, 30 of them seriously ill.
