Interior Security Minister: Israel was not prepared for Arab violence.

Internal Security Minister Omer Bar-Lev, spoke this evening (Sunday) at a conference of the Institute for Counter-Terrorism at the IDC in Herzliya, saying that Israel was not prepared for the violence in Israel's Arab population during Operation Guardian of the Walls.
