U.S. Representative Dan Bishop has harshly criticized U.S. President Joe Biden's plan to force all federal employees to be vaccinated against coronavirus.
Bishop, a Republican member of the legislative committee, accused the Biden administration of "unlawful conduct that won't pass the test of legality."
