Hadassah Ein Kerem reports that 34 patients are currently being treated in its COVID-19 wards. Of these, 10 are in critical condition and another 10 are considered seriously ill.
Among the patients in critical condition is a new mother who due to deterioration in her condition was rushed to a cesarean section last week. The delivery was successful and the mother has recovered from it completely. The baby is surrounded by family members and is being cared for as a premature delivery.
