Chief of Staff speaks out about fallen sergeant

Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi spoke out about the public criticism surrounding the death of Sgt. Barel Shmueli, saying that " We are thoroughly investigating every aspect of the situation. All soldiers have clear rules of engagement and know how to follow them. Anything else is utterly false."
