MK Nir Barkat of the Likud calls on Foreign Minister Yair Lapid to intervene and demand that the Americans not open a consulate for the Palestinian Authority in Jerusalem.
"The authority to prevent the opening of the Palestinian consulate in Jerusalem is in your hands. Your current wishy-washiness is dangerous and invites pressure that will lead to the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine," Barkat wrote to Lapid.
