The Biden Administration welcomes the meeting this week between Defense Minister Benny Gantz and Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
"We are happy to see Israel and the Palestinian Authority working together. We hope to see more tangible steps like this in the coming months," the statement from Washington reads.
