A security source announced this evening (Tuesday) that the loan provided to the Palestinian Authority in the amount of NIS 500 million consists of an advance of PA repayment funds collected by Israel and intended for the PA in accordance to the Oslo Accords.
"Israeli taxpayers won't be paying for this loan," said the source.
