A man in his sixties has passed away in Uman, despite attempts of volunteers from United Hatzalah to save him.
The man lost consciousness in an apartment located not far from the grave of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov. Yechiel Stern, a volunteer with United Hatzalah, related: "To our distress, despite the best efforts of a paramedic from the clinic here in Uman, we were forced to determine the man's death. Arrangements are now being made to transfer his body back home for burial."
