Police announced that they had solved the murder case of Sheikh Abu Nijam of Jaffa last January.
Two locals residents were charged with involvement in the murder - a brother and sister in their 20s as well as attempting to murder another victim.
Tel Aviv police investigating the case said the initial suspicion is based on a long-standing rivalry between local family clans.
