The manager of the Finance Ministry has rejected the accusations from public hospitals that his ministry has not upheld its obligations to public hospitals, saying "For several weeks now, there has been a media campaign against government officials in general and finance officials in particular. We have transferred about NIS 440 million to the hospitals so far, more than required, but the hospital managers continue their enthusiastic attack on us."
