Public hospital managers have rejected a deal from the Finance and Health Ministries intended to end the strike at their hospitals, saying that 'This deal is intended to prevent us from planning the year ahead. Without a fixed and reliable budget, one cannot run a hospital. Our strike will continue until the Ministries' original commitment is honored."
