The Supreme Court is expected to publish this morning its decision to an appeal filed by the State Attorney's Office, according to which Roman Zadorov should not be allowed to go under house arrest with electronic restraint.

If the judge rejects the prosecution's appeal, Zadorov will be released under house arrest. The prosecution is demanding that Zadorov, who was convicted of the murder of the girl Tair Rada in 2006, be kept in custody during the retrial, on the grounds that he is dangerous and ccould escape.
