Director General of the Ministry of Health, Prof. Nachman Ash, told Reshet Bet Radio that infections in Israel continued to be on the rise.
"9,880 verified cases over the past day. 687 patients in critical condition. These are the numbers [we're working with]. If the number of patients in critical condition [continues to] increase significantly at a high rate, it will be more of a concern than the number of new cases," said Ash.
