Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria regional council, has called for military retaliation in the wake of the stoning attack near Elon Moreh.
"I call on the IDF to take decisive action against the Palestinian Authority, which incites and incentivizes repeated attacks against residents of Samaria," he said.
