Minister of Religious Affairs Matan Kahana referred to the "Uman outline" approved last night in the Corona Cabinet, "We have learned lessons from the mistakes made last year. This year there will be no discrimination against a particular public."
"The outline that will be formulated will allow going to Uman while maintaining rules that will allow for health security," he said.
