Jewish residents in the city of Lod informed the police that they would not respond to their demand to hand over their personal weapons.
Adv. Adi Keidar from the Honenu organization, who represents the residents, told Radio 103FM: "In a dangerous Jewish city where Jews walk around with unlicensed firearms, these are normal people who should be suspected of no crime. This is an illegal seizure of property."
