Arabs from Northern Israel arrested for stealing cars

Two Arabs (aged 26 and 20) from the town of Jisr-al-Zarqa in the north of the country were arrested on suspicion of breaking into cars at a beach in the Hof Hakarmel Regional Council near Haifa.
