This morning, a Palestinian stole an Israeli vehicle parked near a store in the Samaria town of Nabi Ilyas. Shortly afterwards, he noticed that two girls, ages 5 and 15, were sitting in the back seat, who had been left in the car while their father went shopping.
The thief veered off the road, collided with a guardrail, and fled. Police have begun searching for the suspect.
