A report of the Commission on Public Complaints shows a 26% increase in the number of complaints filed last year against state representatives. Of these, 42% were found to be justified. Most of the complaints were against the prosecutors;10% were against the police.
David Rosen, leader of the commission, commented "If we want any actual constructive criticism as opposed to mere lip service, this commission must be given capacity for enforcement immediately."
