Gantz offers medical aid to Turkey

Defense Minister Benny Gantz has sent an appeal through the IDF to the Turkish Defense Attaché in Israel and to the Turkish Ministry of Defense, asking permission to dispatch a Home Front Command disaster relief contingent to areas of Turkey that have recently been struck by a series of floods that have claimed tens of lives so far.
